On the negative side, I will mainly mention 3 things:
- It does not have a tray for fats, and the groove it has is not sloped enough for them to run off on their own into a container you might have next to it. You have to tilt it for them to flow out.
- While you can latch the top part so that it stays at a distance from the bottom (as shown in a photo I have), you cannot latch it to the bottom so that when you want to press it down (for a toast or to sear meat more intensely), there is no support at the back and it lifts up when you press the front, which ruins the result (I show exactly this lifting in the photos).
- The plates are not very easy to clean after grilling if there is some fat left.
For these reasons, I give it a 4

- ενώ μπορείς να κουμπώσεις το πάνω μέρος ώστε να έχει απόσταση από κατω (όπως σε μια φώτο που έχω), δεν μπορείς να το κουμπώσεις στο κάτω έτσι ώστε όταν θες να την πατήσεις (για τοστ ή για να κάνεις ένα κρέας πιο έντονο), δεν έχει κόντρα το πίσω μέρος και σηκώνεται όταν πατάς το μπροστά, πράγμα που χαλάει το αποτέλεσμα (το δείχνω ακριβώς το σηκωμα στις φωτογραφίες)

I am not satisfied with the quality of the hinges as one of the two is defective and as seen in the photos, it "hits" one plastic part with the other before the top part of the toaster closes, it is completely crooked. If you happen to get a defective product, the stores refer you to Bosch's service because they do not accept the product back. I have no opinion about cooking, okay it may cook well but I would definitely choose another one if I knew I would end up here.

I give 5* because I use it with non-stick paper on the plates and it cooks perfectly, so that nothing sticks to the plates. To be honest, I haven't tried it otherwise, as it saves me from cleaning. Nevertheless, it takes up a bit of space, but since we use it almost daily, I keep it on the counter and it stands upright!

Even though it indeed has a power of 2000w (I measured its power), for some reason it heats up very slowly and the temperature it reaches is not high. To cook 4-5 skewers, you need about an hour with the toaster closed; I don't think it's possible to cook something with both plates open. Maybe the plates are to blame or the thermostat is set too low. It's a shame. Time will tell if it lasts.

Excellent toaster. Heats up quickly and toasts very well. Definitely, let it heat up and let it cool down 3 times before any use - as stated in the instructions.

I have had it for about 2 months and I mainly use it for toasts. It is very good because it has adjustable temperature compared to one I had before that had one temperature for everything, resulting in the toasts being made quickly but the cheese not melting. Πολύ καλή τοστιέρα-γκριλιέρα. Ψήνει ομοιόμορφα και δεν κολλάνε τα φαγητά. Θέλει λίγα λεπτά να ζεσταθεί, αλλά δεν με πειράζει τόσο. Έχει χώρο για 4 τοστ και την αποθηκεύεις όρθια, οπότε δεν πιάνει τόσο πολύ χώρο. Μου άρεσε επειδή έχει κεραμική επίστρωση.
If you want to grill something (sausage, bacon) and use non-stick paper so it doesn't get dirty, then 1800-2000W is the only way. With this one, I replaced a good 900W sandwich maker that claimed to be a grill as well, but with 900W you can hardly grill anything.
In the past, I had bought twice (i.e., I replaced it when it broke) the previous Bosch model with 1800W and I was also satisfied with it, just like with this one.

Kenwood and BOSCH are very similar. The only difference might be that Kenwood cooks a little faster. Durability is the same. For toast, both are equally good. Although the plates of both brands can be washed in the dishwasher, it's better to wash them by hand or use baking paper so that they last longer over time.
Kenwood και BOSCH μοιάζουν πάρα πολύ. Η μόνη διαφορά ίσως είναι ότι η kenwood ψήνει λίγο πιο γρήγορα. Αντοχή το ίδιο. Για τοστ και οι δύο το ίδιο καλές. Πλάκες αν και στις δύο μαρκες, πλένονται στο πλυντήριο, καλύτερα στο χέρι ή χρήση λαδόκολλας για να αντέξουν πιο πολύ στο χρόνο.
It takes a little while to heat up and cook, but it cooks evenly and the breads come out crispy without being "pressed". It's very convenient that the plates can be removed for cleaning (although you need to be careful when cleaning so they don't get damaged) and that it can be stored upright.
Αργεί λίγο να ζεσταθεί και να ψήσει, αλλά ψήνει ομοιόμορφα και βγαίνουν τα ψωμιά τραγανά χωρίς να τα "πατάει". Μεγάλη ευκολία το ότι βγαίνουν οι πλάκες για καθάρισμα (αν και θέλει προσοχή στο καθάρισμα για να μη χαλάσουν) και το ότι αποθηκεύεται όρθια.
