I have ceramic hobs and I have to turn the heat all the way up for the food to cook. On medium heat, the food doesn't even boil. Although I have used it 2-3 times, the non-stick surface seems to be very good and the material is of high quality. But there is a huge difficulty in cooking since it only cooks on high heat. Maybe it is not suitable for ceramic hobs.

Great and beautiful pot. My burners are induction and I have absolutely no problem. I cooked wonderfully, the food didn't stick and it washes very easily in the dishwasher.
