I have ceramic hobs and I have to turn the heat all the way up for the food to cook. On medium heat, the food doesn't even boil. Although I have used it 2-3 times, the non-stick surface seems to be very good and the material is of high quality. But there is a huge difficulty in cooking since it only cooks on high heat. Maybe it is not suitable for ceramic hobs.
Έχω κεραμικές εστίες και πρέπει να εχω το μάτι στο τέρμα για να μαγειρεύει το φαγητό. Σε μέτρια φωτιά το φαγητό δεν βράζει καν. Αν και την εχω χρησιμοποιήσει 2-3 φορές η αντικολλητικη επιφάνεια φαίνεται να είναι πολύ καλή και το υλικό της ποιοτικό. Αλλα υπάρχει τεράστια δυσκολία στο μαγείρεμα αφού μαγειρεύει μόνο στο δυνατό. Ίσως να μην είναι κατάλληλη για κεραμικές εστίες.

Μεγάλη και όμορφη κατσαρόλα. Οι εστίες μου είναι επαγωγικές και δεν έχω κανένα απολύτος πρόβλημα. Μαγείρεψα υπέροχα δεν κόλλησε το φαγητό και πλένεται πανεύκολα και στο πληντήριο.
