If today there is a lack of understanding, it is because our love has narrow boundaries. We divide people into those we like and those we dislike. And those who have different views, inclinations, or purposes from us, we cannot tolerate. Thus, our gaze becomes constrained and cannot comprehend.
In the end, we all need understanding. And the thought that at least one person understands us, accepts us as we are, supports us mentally. But let's not wait for the understanding of others. Let us take the first step. Let us imitate Christ, who “bowed the heavens and came down” (Ps. 17:10) and understands and accepts us as we are. He sees us as “weary and burdened” and calls us and waits for us.
If we truly approach Him, then our hands will reach out, and our hearts will open with understanding for our brothers. This is our duty. And as long as there is even one person who sadly says, “I have no man” (John 5:7), this duty of ours will remain unpaid...
