I take it every day.... after a relative diet meaning smaller portions and jogging 3 times a week but I lost some weight and reached 247 cholesterol..... I expected it to drop more but I haven't done any special diet, I just took it a little at night and went out for a run... I run 6 kilometers 3 times a week...

Η αδελφή μου το σταμάτησε γιατί από ένα σημείο και μετά δεν την κάλυπτε και η χοληστερίνη αυξήθηκε ξανά. Οπότε άρχισε τις στατίνες που συνταγογραφούνται και είναι φθηνές έτσι κι αλλιώς. Αν το armolipid δεν ήταν τόσο ακριβό!!!, θα το έπαιρνε πολύ περισσότερος κόσμος. Ακόμη και εγώ σκέφτομαι να αρχίσω τις στατίνες γιατί μεγαλώνοντας χρειαζόμαστε όλο και περισσότερα χάπια / βιταμίνες και είναι ασύμφορο οικονομικά.

Διαβάζω πολλά και καλά σχόλια για το προιόν, με εντυπωσιακά νούμερα και μειώσεις τιμών στην χοληστερίνη. Είτε λοιπόν αυτά ταπροιόντα δε δουλεύουν το ίδιο καλα σε μένα, είτε τα σχόλια δεν είναι πάντα αληθινά.
Μετά από 4μηνη καθημερινή χρήση χωρίς αλλαγή στις διατροφικές μου συνήθειες, υπήρξε μεν διαφορά, αλλά όχι τόσο εντυπωσιακή όσο περιγράφεται σε άλλες κριτικές. Μετά από πολύμηνη χρήση: εστω αργά, αλλά σταθερά μειώνει τις τιμές τις χοληστερίνης. Οταν αποφάσισα να το κόψω και να συνεχίσω με φαρμακο, η χοληστερίνη ανέβηκε ξανα γρήγορα. Οπότε το ξαναρχίζω και επανέρχομαι
