After shampooing, squeeze out excess water and apply an amount about the size of two walnuts from the mid-length to the ends, gently massaging. For optimal results, leave the mask on for 5 minutes and, if desired, cover it with a warm towel for additional hydration. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and lock in the nutrients.
