The biggest inconvenience for me is that the head doesn’t bend, making it impossible to clean under the bed or sofa—so I rely on a robot vacuum for those spots. On a local site (EMAG - the only other place I found it) the product would have arrived in three weeks. The vacuum cleaner came well packaged. Of course, I put it to work right away to see how it is... It seems a bit heavy but as you use it you get used to it. The important thing is that it does the job. It does what it says. It vacuums and washes at the same time. I am very satisfied. The old vacuum cleaner (Karcher) was no longer as efficient at picking up cat hair.
