The socks remain lightweight due to the ventilation stripes that allow for quick moisture wicking. The 3D.Dot technology absorbs shocks, protects sensitive areas such as the Achilles tendon, and provides micro-massage for increased blood flow.

They also ensure excellent foot grip in the shoe, reducing the risk of overheating and blisters. The embedded arch support prevents the fabric from twisting and offers stability on rocky terrain. The elastic fibers allow the toes to expand naturally during impact.

The Full Sock Run can be worn before activity to encourage blood flow and prepare the muscles for exertion.
