1) Ουδέτερη γεύση σημαίνει επίσημα ότι δεν έχει γλυκαντικα και ενισχυτικά γεύσης.Δε σημαίνει άγευστο. Έχει γεύση και μάλιστα απαίσια. Όποιος λέει το αντίθετο, σίγουρα το καταναλώνει μέσα σε καφέ, χυμό ή κάτι άλλο, αποκλείεται να το πίνει κάποιος με σκέτο νερό και να πιστεύει ότι είναι άγευστο.
2) Μην το βάλετε σε κρύο νερό. Θα μετατραπεί σε ζυμάρι. Αν πάτε να φάτε το ζυμάρι θα κάνετε εμετό. (αυτό είναι βέβαιο).
3) Ρίξτε μια κουταλιά σε ελάχιστο βραστό νερό και όταν κρυώσει πιείτε το. Θέλει κουράγιο, η μυρωδιά και η γεύση είναι σαν κάτι σάπιο, σαν κάδος σκουπιδιών.
4) Δε γνωρίζω ακόμα αν έχει αποτέλεσματα, διότι πρέπει να παρέλθει τουλάχιστον ένας μήνας ή ιδανικά δύο μήνες. Γράφει ότι ένα κουτί των 284 γραμμαρίων αντιστοιχεί σε δόσεις ενός μήνα. Έχει μέσα η εταιρεία ένα κουτάλι το οποίο χωράει 10 γραμμάρια. (ένα κουτάλι την ημέρα πρέπει να πίνετε).
Μου κάνει εντύπωση που κάποιοι είδαν αποτελέσματα σε δέκα ημέρες. Εγώ δεν είδα διαφορά στο δεκαήμερο, αλλά είναι νωρίς ακόμα..
Για όσους σκέφτονται να αγοράσουν κάψουλες αντί για τη σκόνη, να ξέρετε ότι ένα κουταλάκι σκόνη περιέχει 10 γραμμάρια κολλαγόνο, όμως μια κάψουλα μπορεί να χωρέσει μόνο ένα γραμμάριο κολλαγόνο.

I think it works. I noticed a difference in joint health (I run and had an injury to the medial meniscus). I see faster recovery in cartilage and joints. I don't think it makes sense for someone to take it for hair and nails, especially if they don't exercise.
Θεωρώ πώς δουλεύει. Είδα διαφορά στην υγεία των αρθρώσεων (τρέχω και είχα τραυματισμό στον έσω μηνίσκο). Βλέπω ταχύτερη ανάρρωση σε χόνδρους και αρθρώσεις. Δεν θεωρώ πώς έχει νόημα να το πάρει κανείς για μαλλιά και νύχια, και εφόσον δεν αθλείται.
