The purchase was made with the camera as the criterion.
The Authentic is practically useless. So we are left with the Vibrant.
The image processing is roughly the same as that of the POCO X6PRO (terrible, that is) just a bit more quality.
The worst of all is the instability in performance depending on lighting conditions. Zooming in is "forbidden," because due to the processing, houses, trees, everything - depending on the distance of the subject - looks melted, like 3D houses on Google Maps. Colors in the "Authentic" are a complete mess. A dull greenish hue predominates and generally, as I said, it is practically useless as a choice for photos. In the Vibrant, there is also a hint of greenish hue resulting in the green of the grass and the green in the foliage of the trees being rendered flat without the greenish-yellow tones. Also, very easily with backlighting, the colors almost disappear and the image darkens unnaturally, as in the photos I uploaded and even worse. Regarding detail, I will only say that with the Xiaomi Mi 4c (a 10-year-old phone) signs, car plates are easily readable while on the 13T they look like Chinese. Unfortunately, in terms of detail compared to the Mi 4c and the Realme GT6 that I have now, it is a click lower. Also, even with GCam, the 13T does not perform well compared to the GT6 and the Realme 12 Pro. Generally, I do NOT consider the camera of the 13T to be quality.

As an owner of the Xiaomi 13T since 11/19/2023, I had the opportunity to use one of the company's strongest offerings in the mid to high range for quite some time. The first impression was positive: the device is well-built, with a beautiful high refresh rate AMOLED display, impressive cameras, very good performance in daily use, and fast charging. All of this at a price that – as Xiaomi usually does – seems to offer much more than the competition in the same category.

However, after some time of use, I faced a serious reliability issue: the device started to reboot repeatedly, without warning, entering a reboot loop. The problem did not stem from any third-party application, as the behavior continued even after a factory reset. Interestingly, the phenomenon only temporarily stopped when I intermittently pressed the power button, which makes me suspect an issue either with the button itself or with the software's power management. Despite testing in safe mode, clearing the cache, and performing a full reset, the problem returned, causing significant disruption and doubt about the device's reliability.

Based on this experience, I find that, despite the strong technical specifications, Xiaomi continues to face challenges in software stability and quality control. MIUI, no matter how feature-rich it is, is not known for its stability and simplicity, especially compared to stock Android or the operating systems of other manufacturers. Combined with reports from other users about sporadic issues with reboots, bugs, and operational errors, I conclude that while Xiaomi offers excellent specifications, it cannot always guarantee a smooth and reliable user experience over time.

Overall, the Xiaomi 13T is an impressive device on paper and in first impressions, but my personal experience highlighted serious issues that prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending it. Especially for users who emphasize stability, seamless daily operation, and reliability, I would suggest being particularly cautious before choosing a Xiaomi device, especially a new model with fresh software.

Purchased from the official dealership and the review is written after 5 months of use.
I had the Poco F5 pro, which is very powerful but has a generally mediocre camera, so I was looking for something affordable with a good camera that wouldn't have a big difference in performance, at least on paper, from the Poco.
I multitask as a person who spends a lot of time outside the office. That is, many simple calls and via WhatsApp, emails from four accounts, videos that are sent to collaborators and/or uploaded to the cloud, browsing, music from Spotify either through the car's Bluetooth or headphones, etc. On social media, just a bit of scrolling through Facebook reels and zero gaming.
So I decided to get it because of the camera and because they didn't have a big difference in Geek Bench scores compared to the Poco F5 pro.
Big mistake.
The phone indeed has an incredible camera for its price, the colors are very vibrant and the detail is like a regular DSLR. Also, the video quality, although nominally up to 4K 30fps, is excellent, especially in conditions with plenty of light and a relatively clear atmosphere.
Otherwise, as a phone, it is far below expectations and full of bugs.
Only with the usage I mentioned earlier, the phone struggles and heats up. When this happens, the apps lag and freeze, and I mean all the apps, including the camera, so its main advantage goes out the window... Due to work, I will need to shoot many consecutive videos which I then edit on the PC. In the last of the consecutive videos, the phone has already heated up and starts to stutter, something I can easily notice when editing them on the PC. When it heats up, even the camera preview freezes!
Now I only use it in performance mode, where the situation improves slightly, but with a disproportionate impact on the battery.
So the battery has nothing to do with the nominal capacity in real conditions, and I know what I'm saying because the Poco had almost the same capacity. With a 50-50 connection of 5G and Wi-Fi, expect about 8%-10% drop per hour in balanced mode and about 10%-12% drop per hour in performance mode with the usage I mentioned earlier. The above with the screen at default, not permanently at maximum resolution.
The Bluetooth will be the reason I return it as defective if no update comes that improves the bugs. After 5 months, the Xiaomi 13t has not managed to communicate properly with the Xiaomi buds 3 pro that I use. About every 20 days, the headphones start stuttering, sudden sound switches from right to left and vice versa, and interference. I uninstall them, reinstall, they work and then the same issues again. In outgoing calls, whether with the headphones or in the car, the ringtone is either barely audible or not at all. Just when you expect to hear the call sound, the person you are calling suddenly answers. A restart fixes it for a while and then the same issues return. As soon as the connection changes from the headphones to the car, while it shows connected to the car, the music plays from the phone's speaker, and the same happens when switching from the car to the headphones. I had complaints about bugs and about the Poco, but after the upgrade to HyperOS, everything was fixed.
With the 13T, there has already been a factory reset and three upgrades, the last one to HyperOS 2, but unfortunately, I did not see any improvement.
This phone justifies those who say that if Xiaomi or Poco is not Pro, it's wasted money. Unfortunately.

I bought the phone in July 2024 when I found it at a very good price with a discount from the official Xiaomi stores (mi-stores), 400 euros from 650 that it costs and the corresponding new model, the 14 t, within the budget I wanted to allocate (450 euros max). This is the first time I am buying Xiaomi, and I was quite hesitant, but my phone, a Samsung A 53, broke down and wouldn't charge, so I decided to make the switch. A decisive factor for this choice was that it had a significant discount compared to other models, other brands that had a minimal discount, 20 to 50 euros max. I opened it a few days ago, took some indoor close-up photos, but I wasn't thrilled. Many photos were blurry and didn't have good focus. I know that many phones have problems in artificial light and indoors, they don't perform well, so I will also test it outdoors under normal conditions, during the day, to form an opinion. Like other members, I have doubts about its camera and the Leica brand it "carries".... In the past, I had the Huawei P 10 and P 20 with the authentic Leica lenses and cameras, and the photos were amazing... Also, the battery doesn't seem very strong; with a few Gmail emails, some calls, and a bit of internet surfing, it dropped quite a bit - I don't use social media. Another negative I noticed, and for me personally is a significant disadvantage, is that from the top of the home screen, if you scroll down, some additional applications come up, such as Bluetooth, flight mode, mute, turning data on and off... etc... I tried to remove the data activation and deactivation from this list, and it doesn't go away. I wanted to have the option to use them only through the corresponding menu in the settings within the phone, because in the past I had a negative experience with a similar scroll-down menu from the home screen of the phone. I would also like to add that I had quite a hard time finding a protective case for the phone from the various shops here on Skroutz, and I had even more difficulty finding tempered glass. I found simple, thin films like self-healing hydrogel, which I was afraid of. Regarding the negatives, after a reasonable period of use, I would like to add the weight of the device. Together with the case, it is quite heavy for a woman's hand. I feel that it tires me out in practice. I don't know what other options/alternatives I would have... If I were to go for a lighter device, I might have to compromise on some inferior camera or spend much more financially. For now, I have mixed feelings about the phone.... It is certainly still early; I want time to see it, to test it more extensively, and I will return with an update.
Update: I would like to point out that I have been satisfied with some videos I have taken indoors; it has quite good, clear image quality compared to my previous phone, the Samsung A 53. One additional negative that I also notice has to do with the color. I chose this specific color because of its leather-type back, as additional protection compared to the other colors with a "glass" back. Even though I bought a quite sturdy and durable protective case from the internet, and in general, I take good care of it, some scratches have appeared at the bottom in the gap that the case leaves for the charger plug and the speaker. I don't know if the black would be as noticeable and if it is as "sensitive" as the blue. I admit that so far, with very few exceptions, I choose the black color which, although classic, I believe is also more durable.

I got it for €322 with VAT exemption. Coming from the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro.
I am very into photography through my phone, so it was very important for me to get a phone with a good camera; my budget wasn't even enough for the Samsung 24 Ultra or the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which are the top in photography. However, the 13T takes incredible photos; the Leica sensors do an amazing job, the Leica authentic personally appeals to me more and looks like it's from a professional camera. The 2X optical zoom is also very good, which is preferable for portraits with natural bokeh instead of the (digital) portrait mode, and the 2X is also used as a macro camera for those who don't know. Overall, the images are flagship-level for me, better than the iPhone 15; where it falls behind is in the 5X zoom, which the 13T has as digital (quite good) compared to the flagships that have optical zoom. However, we are talking about a price difference of nearly a thousand euros.
In other respects, it is a very fast phone; even the 8GB version doesn't lag anywhere and now runs on the HyperOS operating system, which is very good.
I get 5G with 250+ Mbps.
The battery lasts the day, not with much comfort if you use it continuously, but with 67W charging in 10-15 minutes, you have 50-60% again.
For me, there's no need to go for the pro model; the only differences are in charging and the processor, and you have to be very picky to see a difference in everyday use. The cameras are the same in both models, as is the operating system.
For this price, you won't find a better overall package for a phone anywhere. For me, only if you go for the two top phones I mentioned will you say they are better, and with the obviously huge price difference.
Get it with your eyes closed.

The price had big discounts. I bought it during the Black Friday sale. And just the fact that Xiaomi offers 3 years of device warranty, 4 years of Android support, and 5 years of security, makes it worth it and more.
At first, I had issues with call interruptions, but that stopped happening after installing HyperOs. Other than that, the phone is really good. It's worth mentioning that the only differences with the Pro model are the lower watt charging, the processor, and the memory. Everything else is exactly the same. The MediaTek 8200 Ultra may be a step behind the 9200+ but it's still a top processor for medium to high usage. The only reason someone would go for the pro model is for gaming requirements (faster and quicker charging).
The cameras are decent. They easily compete with much more expensive phones and I believe that's why many people bought it. The professional Leica Vario Summicron lens and Sony IMX 707 sensor, combined with Leica's filters, personally leave me very satisfied. It can take exceptionally high-quality photos that will surely fill your albums. In many cases, with the right settings, it performs much better than some much more expensive phones, and the final result in some photos is more realistic. So, primarily, it is a serious camera phone.
The battery is satisfactory. Nowadays, with the multitude of applications and functions that smartphones have, evaluating the battery is really difficult because the differences can be noticeable from user to user. However, 5000mAh is sufficient.
The speakers are also satisfactory.
Overall, it's a good phone. One could argue that for the same price, they can find a slightly better processor, but they definitely won't find this overall quality.

I have the mobile phone in my hands for a few days now and I am very satisfied. My previous device was the Poco X3 Pro. Compared to it, the 13T has the same memory, the same very good speed (it shows to be 50% faster on Antutu), the same battery life. However, it is lighter and feels better in the hand, it has a better display, and a much better camera, especially the night photos are incomparable.

I mainly use it for browsing, social media, and photos. As an amateur photographer with DSLR and Micro four thirds equipment, I have to say that I am impressed by the photos it takes. For the 400 euros I paid, I believe it's worth it because it has the best sensor in the price range up to 600 euros (it has the same sensor as the Sony in the Xiaomi 12 Pro, the flagship of 2022). To get a device that takes slightly better photos and has a large zoom with optical stabilization, you would need to spend 700-1200 euros. Therefore, the phone is very good for its price.

I haven't seen the processor lagging anywhere. I don't play games, but in everything I use it for, it works flawlessly. I was thinking of buying the 13T Pro, but it offers everything I need generously, so I saved 200 euros.

The battery easily lasts a day with extensive internet use and calls. It charges very quickly, from 20 to 100 in half an hour. Also, during the night, it only drops by 2%.

It connects to Android Auto via cable without any issues.

It comes with a quality transparent case, a 67-watt charger, and wired headphones (even though there is no 3.5mm port to plug them in!).

During long calls of over 30 minutes, it hasn't shut down by itself nor had any connectivity issues.

Xiaomi provides 4 years of support for Android upgrades and 5 years for security updates. It also came with the HyperOs upgrade.

It is a very good package at a reasonable price. I recommend it for those who use it for the same purposes as me.

Compared to the iPhone 13, the 13T takes better night photos. The photos from the iPhone are sharper when zoomed in all the way, but due to the smaller sensor and high ISO, they have a lot of noise, which visually affects the image. On the other hand, the photos on the 13T are much cleaner, and only if you zoom in all the way, you will notice a slight blur.

Fast mobile. The camera competes with the camera of the iPhone. In shots, it is more realistic than the iPhone 14. The battery lasts as long as other mobiles in its category. It has very fast charging, in 20 minutes from 20% it goes to 65%. I have changed its settings for games, YouTube, casting on the TV. I have used it as a hotspot to be used as a router for other devices that do not have Wi-Fi in the area. The screen is glass, much better than other Xiaomi phones. It can also be connected to the car's navigation system. It has been used as a hotspot so that I can watch YouTube from the navigator (the navigator sees it as Wi-Fi). When I cast the mobile video for an hour and a half on the TV, it does not overheat. Due to 5G, it has reached data speeds of 250-360mbps. The alarm clock has a different sound every morning. Applications like Adobe Acrobat, etc. are in very satisfactory use. Very good connectivity with Bluetooth for headphones and Suunto 9 smartwatch. The only flaw is that it may not catch the Wi-Fi of the house well and just needs to be turned off and on again. It has never shut down on its own as others say, and in general, I have changed its settings and it withstands... as if it is made for laptop use, if you are familiar with using it.

As an owner for a month now, there are many more positives than negatives.
Unfortunately, it does not have a radio, which bothers me, but nowadays no mobile phone has one.
The battery is very satisfactory, easily lasting me a day with camera usage, social media, internet radio, and more.
Equally impressive is the charging time for those who don't have the luxury of being near a power outlet or having a power bank with them.
Regarding the camera, after extensive research, the camera on the phone is obviously not a Leica. It is a collaboration that has happened for clear marketing reasons.
*I read in another comment how the photos are distorted and have a difference before and after taking them. This is true because of the camera software on the phone in combination with Leica, and after taking the photo, there is a slight color adjustment that some may like and others may not. Personally, sometimes I like it, but for the times I don't want to use it, I have downloaded a second camera application and I am perfectly satisfied.
**When you download the application, take two identical photos and you will notice the differences.
The fingerprint sensor is very convenient and fast.
***As for 5G, etc., I only have 4G activated. Trust me, the speed is amazing, do a test yourself and you will see that with 4G, some will "run" faster than your WiFi. I mention this in terms of battery consumption because the specific mobile phone struggles more when searching for a 5G signal than a 4G signal.

As many have mentioned, the device is very good for the price with the offer and tax deduction at 360 euros, but for 700 euros, no way. I believe the price dropped during Black Friday to move the phone in the market since until then it only had 2 reviews, and it is most likely to stay at this price with a "discount" as it already is.

After 1.5 months of use: I will say that it frequently ends the call on its own, which is annoying because at first you don't even realize it's happening automatically from the device. The video stabilizer is relatively good, as also mentioned: it shows different colors when taking photos compared to the result in terms of indoor space, but in outdoor daylight, it has very good results. Generally, it only heated up a few times. I properly did the first 3 charges to keep the battery health as high as possible, and I consider the battery performance to be relatively good. A significant advantage is the fast charging (about 20-24 minutes from 20% to 95-100%).

Sometimes the applications freeze, but I believe it will improve with updates.

* It is important to have a good case with a glass protector for the cameras as they protrude quite a bit

The phone is subsidized so I haven't paid for it, but even at the price of €450 that the device cost on Black Friday from a well-known telecommunications company, there is no competitor, not even close. For the money it now costs, I think it's too much, but even at this price, there is nothing noteworthy for such a new phone...
Battery... It doesn't last a day unless it's an extension of your hand, but it charges extremely fast.
Camera - video... Very good photos and videos with good detail, okay it's not a 23ultra or 15pro but it won't disappoint you, beautiful clean bright shots.
Processor... The phone is very fast, no lag even for games with full graphics, on a 5G network if you go on YouTube it changes videos faster than TV remote control.
Display - sound... Very beautiful screen, okay it's not a flagship but you won't miss anything, the sound is very loud and clear, also yesterday I used Samsung earphones and I was amazed, incredibly loud and clear sound, my S20 Plus doesn't even come close.
As for build quality, connections, etc., everything works perfectly, the operating system is okay, it could be better and there are several things to change, the fingerprint sensor works quickly as well as face unlock...
Now let's talk about the negatives... You can't or I haven't found a way to crop a photo directly from the video or photo, the call, message, and contact menus are somewhat childish, the back gets fingerprints easily, I wanted it to have wireless charging, the always-on display often stops being on for some reason that I unfortunately don't understand, the Chinese version has some things in the operating system that the European version doesn't have...

The keyboard is terrible, 7 out of 10 times it types whatever it wants, in the pro mode, when you try to shoot in 4K it freezes incredibly, not just the app but the whole phone and it heats up in seconds, every time you plug in type C headphones you have to open the OTG (really stupid), it's also in its own world since we're in 2024 and it still has the October 2023 security update, also even though I have it at 144Hz, when I open it after an hour it doesn't run smoothly.
Overall, it has issues, something else that is annoying is the fingerprint sensor that is so low that it drives you crazy...

Purchased for 360 euros with tax exemption (black friday). For this price, it is worth it, as it fully covers my everyday use (mail, browsing, social media, photos). The battery, which initially disappointed (lasted less than half a day), significantly improved from the second or third week and easily lasts a day (with normal use) with about 30% remaining. Charges as fast as needed to get through the day. The camera and video quality are very good, with no significant difference from my previous Huawei p30pro (but there is noticeable improvement). The screen and sound are fine. Initially, I wasn't thrilled with Xiaomi's operating system, but I got used to it. Overall, it is a decent phone for those who want to get their work done without selling their kidney... It won't disappoint, but it might not amaze you either. I wouldn't buy it for 600-700 euros, the price at which major stores sell it without a discount.

Note: There is a problem with its connection to the car's Android Auto. The device is not recognized at all. In another car that I have, it connects wirelessly without any issues. This problem affects all Xiaomi phones with MIUI14 and I hope it will be resolved in a future update.
Tip: Remove the protective film that is placed on the screen from the packaging, as it affects the screen's responsiveness. I put on a new silicone protector and everything is fine.

Update 22/01/24: Choose one of Xiaomi's themes that are available on the phone for your home screen and lock screen, instead of transferring the one from your old phone. It works much smoother without lag. After upgrading to hyperos, the overall user experience is much better.
