talked to the service and they sent me replacements the next day
now it works fine, it's quite effective and warm for the space and the thermostat is convenient
last update 30/12/2025 the bottom lamp burned out again and the top one is about to
too bad because it was quite efficient
off to recycling, I won't bother with it anymore
