    Having had it for almost a month and having made over 200 drinks, I have to say that this is one of the best automatic coffee machines. For its price, by far the best. Perfect coffees, with freshly ground coffee. Many coffee options, with excellent coffees, even coffees I tried for the first time. Excellent milk froth cream. The hot milk it produces is incredibly convenient for making hot chocolates in no time. Also, the hot water for tea, etc. Surely, this is a quality automatic coffee machine. Easy to clean and not time-consuming. The 4 stars are only because it doesn't make cold milk froth (not that it's hard to do with a quick shake in a glass), but if it had that too, it would be even more convenient and I would say that even 5 stars would not be enough.

    Purchased just after Christmas from the Delonghi site at a price around 550 (winter sales), above the psychological limit we had set, but I believe that so far we have been 100% justified.

    Upgrade from Nespresso Vertuo: night and day - as coffee lovers (we drink 2 freddo/2 americano daily in the family) we have been impressed by the difference in the quality of freshly ground coffee (without searching for varieties, specialty coffee, etc.).

    The default settings required minimal changes (we adjusted the temperature and intensity a bit), we don't touch the grinder, it's set to 4, and the coffee is amazing.

    On the positive side, the ease: you press a button and drink very good coffee. On the negative side, it requires care (cleaning), and needs water every day (it uses quite a bit during turning on/off).

    After 1 month and about 120 coffees, there is no turning back, we generally didn't drink much coffee outside but now it feels strange.

    As for reliability, it will show, it's still very early, I take care of it diligently (filtered water and Delonghi filter in the machine, daily emptying of the coffee "biscuits," wiping, etc.) to have peace of mind.

    Finally, with the purchase, we received several accessories as a gift, cups, mugs, etc., and all of these further enhanced the experience.
