The Zeiss CPL 82 mm filter is a circular polarizing filter for camera lenses. It reduces reflections and glare from non-metallic surfaces, while enhancing the saturation of the sky and foliage and reducing atmospheric haze and reflections on glass and water. Circular polarization allows the camera’s autofocus and auto-exposure systems to function correctly.
The T* anti-reflective coating reduces reflections on the filter surface and helps improve light transmission. The slim ring allows it to be used with wide-angle lenses, while the front thread remains available for additional filters.
