I got it to read and take notes. The stylus was perfect for the first 2-3 days, now it is so sensitive that it is not usable! It probably has an issue and I need to go to TCL's service, otherwise it is decent for its price.

It's a worthy investment. I Can take notes and read pdfs with ease. One of the best for this use case. For videos, 1080p 30fps is ok, but is not ideal for more.
The matte screen has a really wonderful feel. There is no glare on this part. Very impressive and I have not encountered anything negative so far.

Let's make one thing clear: This is not a performance tablet. It is a tablet for a very specific use, and for that specific use, I am completely satisfied, especially considering the price I bought it for (€250).
What is this use? Reading and writing!
This tablet has 4GB of RAM, a midrange processor from 2018, and was released in 2023. So don't push it too hard. It can't play videos on YouTube above 1080p without starting to lag. It doesn't have the necessary protocols to play videos on Netflix above 480p. Games are out of the question. Photos and videos? Well, it has a camera. So what makes it good? The screen. And it is incredibly good, not just good.
The tablet overall has a nice feel, nice shape, and good materials. The screen, which is its attraction, has a paper-like feel thanks to the matte screen protector it comes with out of the box, and it is incredibly easy on the eyes. You won't see the difference right away, but you'll notice it when you go to sleep and don't have a headache from staring at it for hours like you would with a conventional mobile or tablet screen. So load up ebooks, activate the reading mode, and enjoy a fantastic reading experience. The screen aims to mimic the e-ink found in many e-readers, but don't be fooled by the advertisements, it's not e-paper. It's a regular IPS screen with LEDs, but TCL has added some layers on top that make it behave like e-paper. In my opinion, it's better because e-paper has many limitations, while here you have all the colors and functions of a regular screen. So besides books, it's perfect for reading comics as well. It has 2K resolution, so everything looks beautiful. Just make sure it's not a 2K video because then the 2018 Mediatek processor will struggle, and as I said, this tablet is not meant for that. The software is okay, it has some bloatware but they can be removed, and it can be upgraded to Android 13 with TCL's UI, which is quite close to stock Android. Kudos to TCL for that. However, I don't think there will be further updates. The battery is good but charges slowly.
It is very important to buy it from somewhere that includes a case and stylus with the tablet because the stylus enhances capabilities such as note-taking with programs like OneNote, drawing with programs like Sketchbook, and image editing with programs like Picsart. Personally, I bought it with the intention of using it for note-taking in addition to reading, and I am mostly satisfied. It's not the fastest, sometimes it lags, but it holds up very well for about 95% of the time. The stylus is from TCL, it feels great to hold and write with. Plus, you're writing on a matte screen, so it has a more "paper-like" feel compared to other screens. Of course, I don't know if mine is defective, but the buttons on it don't work, and there is no technical support from TCL, but since it writes, I have no complaints.
In summary: It's not for many things, it's for basic things, but it does those few things (mainly reading and writing) very well thanks to its screen technology, which is the only reason to consider buying this instead of other tablets at this price range. This screen is a very strong point (pun intended), and I hope to see more tablets and phones with TCL's technology in Greece. Preferably with better processors and more RAM

Αυτό το τάμπλετ έχει 4GB RAM, έναν midrange επεξεργαστή του 2018 και κυκλοφόρησε το 2023. Γι' αυτό μην το ζορίζετε. Δεν μπορεί να παίξει βίντεο στο YouTube πάνω από 1080p χωρίς να αρχίσει να κολλάει. Δεν έχει τα απαραίτητα πρωτόκολλα για να παίξει βίντεο στο Netflix πάνω από 480p. Παιχνίδια ούτε για αστείο. Φωτογραφίες και βίντεο; Ε, έχει μια κάμερα. Οπότε τι έχει που είναι καλό; Την οθόνη. Και είναι τρομερά καλή, όχι σκέτο καλή.
Το τάμπλετ γενικά έχει μια ωραία αίσθηση, ωραίο σχήμα και καλά υλικά. Η οθόνη, που είναι η ατραξιόν του, έχει μια χάρτινη αίσθηση στην αφή χάρη στο matte screen protector που έχει από κουτί, και είναι ΤΡΟΜΕΡΑ ξεκούραστη στα μάτια. Δεν θα δείτε απευθείας τη διαφορά αλλά θα την καταλάβετε όταν θα πέσετε για ύπνο και δεν θα έχετε πονοκέφαλο κοιτώντας τη για ώρες όπως θα είχατε κοιτώντας την οθόνη συμβατικού κινητού ή τάμπλετ. Οπότε φορτώστε ebooks, βάλτε το reading mode και απολαύστε τρομερή εμπειρία διαβάσματος. Η οθόνη πάει να μιμηθεί το e-ink που έχουν πολλά e-readers αλλά μην σας παραπλανήσουν οι διαφημίσεις, δεν είναι e-paper. Κανονική IPS είναι με ledάκια, απλώς από πάνω έχει βάλει η TCL κάτι στρώσεις που την κάνουν να συμπεριφέρεται σαν e-paper. Καλύτερο κατά τη γνώμη μου γιατί το e-paper έχει πολλούς περιορισμούς, ενώ εδώ έχεις όλα τα χρώματα και όλες τις λειτουργίες μιας κανονικής οθόνης. Πέρα από βιβλία δηλαδή είναι τέλειο να διαβάζεις και κόμιξ. Έχει 2Κ ανάλυση οπότε όλα φαίνονται πανέμορφα. Αρκεί να μην είναι βίντεο 2Κ γιατί τότε θα ζοριστεί ο Mediatek του 2018 και είπαμε δεν είναι για αυτά το τάμπλετ. Το software είναι οκ, έχει λίγα bloatware αλλά φεύγουν, και μπορεί να αναβαθμιστεί σε Android 13 με το UI της TCL, το οποίο είναι αρκετά κοντινό με το stock android. Μπράβο στην TCL για αυτό. Ωστόσο περαιτέρω updates δε νομίζω να υπάρξουν. Η μπαταρία είναι καλή, αλλά φορτίζει αργά.
Πολύ σημαντικό να το αγοράσετε από κάπου που είναι πακέτο μαζί με το τάμπλετ θήκη και γραφίδα, γιατί η γραφίδα βελτιστοποιεί δυνατότητες όπως: γράψιμο σημειώσεων με προγράμματα όπως OneNote, ζωγραφική με προγράμματα όπως Sketchbook, και επεξεργασία εικόνας με προγράμματα όπως Picsart. Προσωπικά το αγόρασα με σκοπό πέρα από διάβασμα και για γράψιμο σημειώσεων, και είμαι ως επί το πλείστον ευχαριστημένος. Δεν είναι το πιο γρήγορο, καμιά φορά κολλάει αλλά κατά 95% κρατάει πολύ καλές σημειώσεις. Η γραφίδα είναι της TCL, πολύ ωραία στο κράτημα και στο γράψιμο. Συν το ότι γράφεις πάνω σε matte οθόνη οπότε έχει μια πιο "χάρτινη" αίσθηση από τις άλλες οθόνες. Βέβαια δεν ξέρω αν είναι η δική μου ελαττωματική αλλά τα κουμπιά της δε δουλεύουν, και τεχνική υποστήριξη της TCL δεν υπάρχει, αλλά εφόσον γράφει εγώ δεν έχω παράπονο.
Συνοψίζοντας: Δεν είναι για πολλά πολλά, είναι για λίγα βασικά, αλλά αυτά τα λίγα (διάβασμα κυρίως και γράψιμο) τα κάνει πολύ καλά χάρη στην τεχνολογία της οθόνης του, η οποία είναι ο μόνος λόγος να σκεφτείς να αγοράσεις αυτό αντί για άλλα σε τέτοια τιμή. Πολύ δυνατό χαρτί (pun intended) αυτή η οθόνη και ελπίζω να δούμε κι άλλα τάμπλετ και τηλέφωνα με αυτή την τεχνολογία της TCL στην Ελλάδα. I have purchased this specific tablet from a store that had it on sale for 200€ (without a case and stylus). The case was bought separately from Amazon, while the stylus was from my previous tablet and is nothing special, just a simple stylus to avoid fingerprints. I use it exclusively for reading as a bookreader and newsreader, as that was the purpose I bought this product for. For the money I paid and the purpose I wanted it for, I am completely satisfied. I don't know how it performs in games because I don't engage in that, nor with photos and videos (I have my phone for that). Its battery has a long duration (fortunately, because it charges slowly), so one charge lasts a while. What impressed me was the sound, which is excellent, loud, clear, and stereo, so I will also use it as a music box. But the real value is in reading, the reading function is truly relaxing. I highly recommend it for this use.
Το συγκεκριμένο tablet το έχω αγοράσει εκτός skrutz από κατάστημα που το είχε προσφορά στα 200 € (χωρίς θήκη και πένα) η θήκη αγοράστηκε ξεχωριστά ενώ το πενάκι το είχα από ένα παλιότερο tablet και δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, ένα απλό πενάκι για να αποφεύγω τις πολλές δαχτυλιές. Το χρησιμοποιώ αποκλειστικά για διάβασμα ως bookreader και Newsreader, άλλωστε αυτός ήταν εξαρχής και ο σκοπός που αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Για τα χρήματα που έδωσα και για το σκοπό που το ήθελα είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος, δεν ξέρω πως τα πάει σε παιχνίδια, γιατί δεν ασχολούμαι, ούτε με φωτογραφίες και βίντεο (έχω το κινητό γιαυτό). Η μπαταρία του έχει μεγάλη διάρκεια (ευτυχώς γιατί είναι αργό στη φόρτιση), οπότε μία η άλλη. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν ο ήχος, ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικός, δυνατός, καθαρός και στερεοφωνικός, οπότε θα το χρησιμοποιήσω και σαν musicbox. Αλλά όλα τα λεφτά είναι στο διάβασμα, όντως η λειτουργία ανάγνωσης είναι ξεκούραστη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για αυτή τη χρήση.

Το χρησιμοποιώ αποκλειστικά για διάβασμα ως bookreader και Newsreader, άλλωστε αυτός ήταν εξαρχής και ο σκοπός που αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Για τα χρήματα που έδωσα και για το σκοπό που το ήθελα είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος, δεν ξέρω πως τα πάει σε παιχνίδια, γιατί δεν ασχολούμαι, ούτε με φωτογραφίες και βίντεο (έχω το κινητό γιαυτό). Η μπαταρία του έχει μεγάλη διάρκεια (ευτυχώς γιατί είναι αργό στη φόρτιση), οπότε μία η άλλη. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν ο ήχος, ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικός, δυνατός, καθαρός και στερεοφωνικός, οπότε θα το χρησιμοποιήσω και σαν musicbox. Αλλά όλα τα λεφτά είναι στο διάβασμα, όντως η λειτουργία ανάγνωσης είναι ξεκούραστη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για αυτή τη χρήση.

I got it to read and take notes. The stylus was perfect for the first 2-3 days, now it is so sensitive that it is not usable! It probably has an issue and I need to go to TCL's service, otherwise it is decent for its price.

It's a worthy investment. I Can take notes and read pdfs with ease. One of the best for this use case. For videos, 1080p 30fps is ok, but is not ideal for more.
The matte screen has a really wonderful feel. There is no glare on this part. Very impressive and I have not encountered anything negative so far.

Let's make one thing clear: This is not a performance tablet. It is a tablet for a very specific use, and for that specific use, I am completely satisfied, especially considering the price I bought it for (€250).
What is this use? Reading and writing!
This tablet has 4GB of RAM, a midrange processor from 2018, and was released in 2023. So don't push it too hard. It can't play videos on YouTube above 1080p without starting to lag. It doesn't have the necessary protocols to play videos on Netflix above 480p. Games are out of the question. Photos and videos? Well, it has a camera. So what makes it good? The screen. And it is incredibly good, not just good.
The tablet overall has a nice feel, nice shape, and good materials. The screen, which is its attraction, has a paper-like feel thanks to the matte screen protector it comes with out of the box, and it is incredibly easy on the eyes. You won't see the difference right away, but you'll notice it when you go to sleep and don't have a headache from staring at it for hours like you would with a conventional mobile or tablet screen. So load up ebooks, activate the reading mode, and enjoy a fantastic reading experience. The screen aims to mimic the e-ink found in many e-readers, but don't be fooled by the advertisements, it's not e-paper. It's a regular IPS screen with LEDs, but TCL has added some layers on top that make it behave like e-paper. In my opinion, it's better because e-paper has many limitations, while here you have all the colors and functions of a regular screen. So besides books, it's perfect for reading comics as well. It has 2K resolution, so everything looks beautiful. Just make sure it's not a 2K video because then the 2018 Mediatek processor will struggle, and as I said, this tablet is not meant for that. The software is okay, it has some bloatware but they can be removed, and it can be upgraded to Android 13 with TCL's UI, which is quite close to stock Android. Kudos to TCL for that. However, I don't think there will be further updates. The battery is good but charges slowly.
It is very important to buy it from somewhere that includes a case and stylus with the tablet because the stylus enhances capabilities such as note-taking with programs like OneNote, drawing with programs like Sketchbook, and image editing with programs like Picsart. Personally, I bought it with the intention of using it for note-taking in addition to reading, and I am mostly satisfied. It's not the fastest, sometimes it lags, but it holds up very well for about 95% of the time. The stylus is from TCL, it feels great to hold and write with. Plus, you're writing on a matte screen, so it has a more "paper-like" feel compared to other screens. Of course, I don't know if mine is defective, but the buttons on it don't work, and there is no technical support from TCL, but since it writes, I have no complaints.
In summary: It's not for many things, it's for basic things, but it does those few things (mainly reading and writing) very well thanks to its screen technology, which is the only reason to consider buying this instead of other tablets at this price range. This screen is a very strong point (pun intended), and I hope to see more tablets and phones with TCL's technology in Greece. Preferably with better processors and more RAM

Αυτό το τάμπλετ έχει 4GB RAM, έναν midrange επεξεργαστή του 2018 και κυκλοφόρησε το 2023. Γι' αυτό μην το ζορίζετε. Δεν μπορεί να παίξει βίντεο στο YouTube πάνω από 1080p χωρίς να αρχίσει να κολλάει. Δεν έχει τα απαραίτητα πρωτόκολλα για να παίξει βίντεο στο Netflix πάνω από 480p. Παιχνίδια ούτε για αστείο. Φωτογραφίες και βίντεο; Ε, έχει μια κάμερα. Οπότε τι έχει που είναι καλό; Την οθόνη. Και είναι τρομερά καλή, όχι σκέτο καλή.
Το τάμπλετ γενικά έχει μια ωραία αίσθηση, ωραίο σχήμα και καλά υλικά. Η οθόνη, που είναι η ατραξιόν του, έχει μια χάρτινη αίσθηση στην αφή χάρη στο matte screen protector που έχει από κουτί, και είναι ΤΡΟΜΕΡΑ ξεκούραστη στα μάτια. Δεν θα δείτε απευθείας τη διαφορά αλλά θα την καταλάβετε όταν θα πέσετε για ύπνο και δεν θα έχετε πονοκέφαλο κοιτώντας τη για ώρες όπως θα είχατε κοιτώντας την οθόνη συμβατικού κινητού ή τάμπλετ. Οπότε φορτώστε ebooks, βάλτε το reading mode και απολαύστε τρομερή εμπειρία διαβάσματος. Η οθόνη πάει να μιμηθεί το e-ink που έχουν πολλά e-readers αλλά μην σας παραπλανήσουν οι διαφημίσεις, δεν είναι e-paper. Κανονική IPS είναι με ledάκια, απλώς από πάνω έχει βάλει η TCL κάτι στρώσεις που την κάνουν να συμπεριφέρεται σαν e-paper. Καλύτερο κατά τη γνώμη μου γιατί το e-paper έχει πολλούς περιορισμούς, ενώ εδώ έχεις όλα τα χρώματα και όλες τις λειτουργίες μιας κανονικής οθόνης. Πέρα από βιβλία δηλαδή είναι τέλειο να διαβάζεις και κόμιξ. Έχει 2Κ ανάλυση οπότε όλα φαίνονται πανέμορφα. Αρκεί να μην είναι βίντεο 2Κ γιατί τότε θα ζοριστεί ο Mediatek του 2018 και είπαμε δεν είναι για αυτά το τάμπλετ. Το software είναι οκ, έχει λίγα bloatware αλλά φεύγουν, και μπορεί να αναβαθμιστεί σε Android 13 με το UI της TCL, το οποίο είναι αρκετά κοντινό με το stock android. Μπράβο στην TCL για αυτό. Ωστόσο περαιτέρω updates δε νομίζω να υπάρξουν. Η μπαταρία είναι καλή, αλλά φορτίζει αργά.
Πολύ σημαντικό να το αγοράσετε από κάπου που είναι πακέτο μαζί με το τάμπλετ θήκη και γραφίδα, γιατί η γραφίδα βελτιστοποιεί δυνατότητες όπως: γράψιμο σημειώσεων με προγράμματα όπως OneNote, ζωγραφική με προγράμματα όπως Sketchbook, και επεξεργασία εικόνας με προγράμματα όπως Picsart. Προσωπικά το αγόρασα με σκοπό πέρα από διάβασμα και για γράψιμο σημειώσεων, και είμαι ως επί το πλείστον ευχαριστημένος. Δεν είναι το πιο γρήγορο, καμιά φορά κολλάει αλλά κατά 95% κρατάει πολύ καλές σημειώσεις. Η γραφίδα είναι της TCL, πολύ ωραία στο κράτημα και στο γράψιμο. Βέβαια δεν ξέρω αν είναι η δική μου ελαττωματική αλλά τα κουμπιά της δε δουλεύουν, και τεχνική υποστήριξη της TCL δεν υπάρχει, αλλά εφόσον γράφει εγώ δεν έχω παράπονο.
Συνοψίζοντας: Δεν είναι για πολλά πολλά, είναι για λίγα βασικά, αλλά αυτά τα λίγα (διάβασμα κυρίως και γράψιμο) τα κάνει πολύ καλά χάρη στην τεχνολογία της οθόνης του, η οποία είναι ο μόνος λόγος να σκεφτείς να αγοράσεις αυτό αντί για άλλα σε τέτοια τιμή. Πολύ δυνατό χαρτί (pun intended) αυτή η οθόνη και ελπίζω να δούμε κι άλλα τάμπλετ και τηλέφωνα με αυτή την τεχνολογία της TCL στην Ελλάδα. I have purchased this specific tablet from a store that had it on sale for 200€ (without a case and stylus). The case was bought separately from Amazon, while the stylus was from my previous tablet and is nothing special, just a simple stylus to avoid fingerprints. I use it exclusively for reading as a bookreader and newsreader, as that was the purpose I bought this product for. For the money I paid and the purpose I wanted it for, I am completely satisfied. I don't know how it performs in games because I don't engage in that, nor with photos and videos (I have my phone for that). Its battery has a long duration (fortunately, because it charges slowly), so one charge lasts a while. What impressed me was the sound, which is excellent, loud, clear, and stereo, so I will also use it as a music box. But the real value is in reading, the reading function is truly relaxing. I highly recommend it for this use.

I use it exclusively for reading as a bookreader and newsreader, as that was the purpose I bought this product for. For the money I paid and the purpose I wanted it for, I am completely satisfied. I don't know how it performs in games because I don't engage in that, nor with photos and videos (I have my phone for that). Its battery has a long duration (fortunately, because it charges slowly), so one charge lasts a while. What impressed me was the sound, which is excellent, loud, clear, and stereo, so I will also use it as a music box. But the real value is in reading, the reading function is truly relaxing. I highly recommend it for this use.
Το συγκεκριμένο tablet το έχω αγοράσει εκτός skrutz από κατάστημα που το είχε προσφορά στα 200 € (χωρίς θήκη και πένα) η θήκη αγοράστηκε ξεχωριστά ενώ το πενάκι το είχα από ένα παλιότερο tablet και δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, ένα απλό πενάκι για να αποφεύγω τις πολλές δαχτυλιές. Το χρησιμοποιώ αποκλειστικά για διάβασμα ως bookreader και Newsreader, άλλωστε αυτός ήταν εξαρχής και ο σκοπός που αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Για τα χρήματα που έδωσα και για το σκοπό που το ήθελα είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος, δεν ξέρω πως τα πάει σε παιχνίδια, γιατί δεν ασχολούμαι, ούτε με φωτογραφίες και βίντεο (έχω το κινητό γιαυτό). Η μπαταρία του έχει μεγάλη διάρκεια (ευτυχώς γιατί είναι αργό στη φόρτιση), οπότε μία η άλλη. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν ο ήχος, ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικός, δυνατός, καθαρός και στερεοφωνικός, οπότε θα το χρησιμοποιήσω και σαν musicbox. Αλλά όλα τα λεφτά είναι στο διάβασμα, όντως η λειτουργία ανάγνωσης είναι ξεκούραστη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για αυτή τη χρήση.
