It has the ideal profile for me, something that can work on a structural level in our bodies and perform important tasks from cell composition to our brain. Especially if you have a deficiency, it's like giving water to a thirsty person, and for those who are vegan, it's just as necessary.

This specific product contains choline in the form of an inorganic salt, which is the least active form, choline bitartrate. Hence the price. Of course, all products at this price range have the same form, so we don't hope to find a better form of choline in another product. They all have choline bitartrate. This is a form of choline that will increase choline levels in our liver but won't cross into our brain to provide us with the neurological and cognitive benefits of choline. On the other hand, the much more active form, alpha-GPC, which can easily cross into our brain, is unfortunately very expensive for regular use. Lecithin is a good natural form of choline.
