Before first use, wash with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge. Grease with oil or butter before each use. Do not overheat when empty, and do not exceed 230 °C. Wooden, plastic or silicone utensils are recommended for use and cleaning, and hand-washing is advised. Avoid sharp utensils, metal scouring pads, steel wool and harsh cleaners. Using parchment paper helps extend the life of the non-stick coating.
