Non-stick rectangular baking pan from the Nava Terrestrial series with a granite coating. The pan is made from high-quality aluminum that ensures even heat distribution for better cooking results and reduced cooking time.
The granite non-stick coating allows for easy food release as well as easy cleaning of the pan after use.
- Before the first use, wash the pan with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
- Grease the interior of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the pan when empty.
- Low or medium heat is sufficient for achieving the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
- Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Let the pan cool down before washing it with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
- Use kitchen tools made only of wood, plastic, or silicone to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food inside the pan with sharp tools.
- Using parchment paper will extend the life of the pan and the non-stick coating.
- Prefer hand washing to ensure a longer lifespan of the pan.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating is compliant with regulations for materials that come into contact with food.
