For a few days now, we have the new one and we hope the same issue does not happen again.

- Due to its construction, it also emits some heat, which is fine if you want that, but for me, who needs a stable temperature, it bothers me.
- I have it in a storage room and it doesn't bother me much, but it's not silent even on the low setting. It sounds like a floor fan. I wouldn't put it in the bedroom, but someone else might like it as a lullaby... :)
- If you have enough humidity, the tank fills up once a day, the downside with the tank is that it's hard to pour the water somewhere without spilling it outside.
- The notifications for the full tank sometimes don't come...
Ένα μήνα το έχω. Κάνει αυτό που υπόσχεται, κατεβάζει την υγρασία αρκετά γρήγορα, ανάλογα το δωμάτιο. Το App μια χαρά δουλεύει. Όμως θέλει δουλειά στις λεπτομέρειες:
- Λόγο κατασκευής βγάζει και κάποια ζέστη, αν το θες, καλός, εμένα που χρειάζομαι σταθερή και την θερμοκρασία, με ενοχλεί.
- Το έχω σε αποθήκη και δεν με πειράζει ιδιαίτερα, αλλά δεν είναι αθόρυβος ούτε στην μικρή σκάλα. Σαν επιδαπέδιος ανεμιστήρας ακούγεται. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν θα τον έβαζα, κάποιος άλλος μπορεί να του αρέσει σαν νανούρισμα... :)
- Αν έχεις αρκετή υγρασία, το δοχείο γεμίζει και μια φορά την ημέρα, το κακό με το δοχείο είναι, ότι δύσκολα χύνεις το νερό κάπου χωρίς να χυθεί απ' έξω.
- Οι ειδοποιήσεις για το γεμάτο δοχείο κάποιες φορές δεν έρχονται...

Εως τωρα φαινεται οτι κανει αρκετα καλα την δουλεια του. Τα επιπεδα θορυβου ειναι ανεκτα (ειδικα εαν το ρυθμισεις στην χαμηλα σκαλα δεν ακουγεται σχεδον καθολου (το εχω στα δυο μετρα απο το γραφειο και δεν με ενοχλει καθολου).
βοηθαει επισης και στο στεγνωμα των ρουχων (ειδικα τωρα τους χειμερινους μηνες).

I bought the Inventor Primus for humidity in the house, but the noise is unacceptable. All the plastic parts creak like a cheap construction, and it hums so loudly that you can hear it a floor below (and we're talking about the low setting...). As a dehumidifier, it is satisfactory, it collects moisture well, but for quietness don't even think about it – especially at night. Wi-Fi and ionizer are OK, but the noise ruins everything. It's not worth it for quiet rooms. I would never buy it again because of the noise...

We have had this dehumidifier for over a year now. Although it seems to be a very good and quality construction, we probably ended up with a defective product. Within a few months of use, it started making a quite loud and completely unacceptable noise. We contacted the company and the response was impeccable. They referred us to a service point and it was found that the device had a problem with the compressor, and we proceeded with a replacement. For a few days now, we have the new one and we hope the same issue does not happen again.
The new one we have now is quite silent. That is, the sound it makes on the low fan setting is not bothersome and it reduces humidity immediately.

Επικοινώνησαμε με την εταιρεία και η αντιμέτωπη ήταν άψογη. Μας παρέπεμψαν σε ένα σημείο service και διαπιστώθηκε πως η συσκευή είχε πρόβλημα με τον συμπιεστή και προχωρήσαμε σε αντικατάσταση. Εδώ και λίγες μέρες έχουμε τον καινούργιο και ελπίζουμε να μην συμβεί ξανά το ίδιο.
Ο καινούργιος που έχουμε πλέον είναι αρκετά αθόρυβος. Δηλαδή ο ήχος που κάνει στη χαμηλή σκάλα του ανεμιστήρα δεν ενοχλεί και ρίχνει την υγρασία αμέσως.

The only downside is that if you want to connect to the wifi, you need to have a 2.4GHz network and not a 5GHz network; otherwise, the app is useless. You have to choose the 2.4 GHz if your router has dual frequency.
Το μόνο κακό είναι πως αν θες να συνδεθείς στο wifi είναι πως πρέπει να έχεις 2.4GHz και όχι 5GHz δίκτυο, ειδάλλως είναι άχρηστη η εφαρμογή. Πρέπει να διαλέξεις την 2.4 GHz αν έχει διπλή συχνότητα το ρούτερ σου.
I really didn't expect to see such a difference. It eliminated the humidity within two hours. The windows were as if you had sprayed them with a hose, the walls were dripping water, and mold had started to form. The noise is normal and not annoying, really a very good product! I've had it for a month. It does what it promises, it reduces humidity quite quickly, depending on the room. The app works just fine. However, it needs work on the details:
- Due to its construction, it also emits some heat, which is fine if you want that, but for me, who needs a stable temperature, it bothers me.
- I have it in a storage room and it doesn't bother me much, but it's not silent even on the low setting. It sounds like a floor fan. I wouldn't put it in the bedroom, but someone else might like it as a lullaby... :)
- If you have enough humidity, the tank fills up once a day, the downside with the tank is that it's hard to pour the water somewhere without spilling it outside.
- The notifications for the full tank sometimes don't come...
Ένα μήνα το έχω. Κάνει αυτό που υπόσχεται, κατεβάζει την υγρασία αρκετά γρήγορα, ανάλογα το δωμάτιο. Το App μια χαρά δουλεύει. Όμως θέλει δουλειά στις λεπτομέρειες:
- Λόγο κατασκευής βγάζει και κάποια ζέστη, αν το θες, καλός, εμένα που χρειάζομαι σταθερή και την θερμοκρασία, με ενοχλεί.
- Το έχω σε αποθήκη και δεν με πειράζει ιδιαίτερα, αλλά δεν είναι αθόρυβος ούτε στην μικρή σκάλα. Σαν επιδαπέδιος ανεμιστήρας ακούγεται. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν θα τον έβαζα, κάποιος άλλος μπορεί να του αρέσει σαν νανούρισμα... :)
- Αν έχεις αρκετή υγρασία, το δοχείο γεμίζει και μια φορά την ημέρα, το κακό με το δοχείο είναι, ότι δύσκολα χύνεις το νερό κάπου χωρίς να χυθεί απ' έξω.
- Οι ειδοποιήσεις για το γεμάτο δοχείο κάποιες φορές δεν έρχονται...

Very good so far.. It pulls a lot of water and its tank is large.. The connection to the wifi was done perfectly.. On the medium and high setting, the fan sounds normal.. On the low setting, it is quiet.. The ionizer does a good job! I hope it lasts a long time!

Bought about a month ago for an area that has quite a bit of humidity issue. So far it seems to be doing its job quite well. The noise levels are tolerable (especially if you set it to the low setting, it is almost silent (I have it two meters away from the desk and it doesn't bother me at all). It also helps with drying clothes (especially now during the winter months).
Αγορα πριν περιπου ενα μηνα για περιοχη που εχει αρκετο θεμα με την υγρασια.
Εως τωρα φαινεται οτι κανει αρκετα καλα την δουλεια του. Τα επιπεδα θορυβου ειναι ανεκτα (ειδικα εαν το ρυθμισεις στην χαμηλα σκαλα δεν ακουγεται σχεδον καθολου (το εχω στα δυο μετρα απο το γραφειο και δεν με ενοχλει καθολου).
βοηθαει επισης και στο στεγνωμα των ρουχων (ειδικα τωρα τους χειμερινους μηνες).

Κάνει δουλειά με την υγρασία, αρκετά θορυβώδες λειτουργία, τρίζει απίστευτα το δοχείο που μαζεύει νερό και πρέπει να το έχεις ελάχιστα ανοιχτό για να σφηνώσει κάπως να μη τρίζει ..όσο για την uv λειτουργία δε φαίνεται κανένα λαμπάκι μέσα ..

Good dehumidifier.
It keeps the humidity in the space where I set it, and when I dry clothes inside the house, they are dry within 24 hours. I don't want anything more.

Κρατάει την υγρασία στον χώρο εκεί που το ρύθμισα και όταν απλώνω μέσα στο σπίτι σε ένα 24αωρο τα έχει στεγνά. Δεν θέλω κάτι παραπάνω.
