War Hospital for Xbox Series X is a strategy and management game with narrative elements, set in a British field hospital on the French front during the First World War. As Major Henry Wells, a former British military doctor, you take charge of caring for wounded soldiers and running a hospital short on staff and supplies. Your decisions affect the patients, staff morale and the war effort.

The game focuses on saving lives, treating injuries with First World War equipment, and developing medical technologies and methods. At the same time, building a community of rescuers and survivors and encouraging truces help foster hope and a sense of normality in the hospital.
