    16/10.. during its operation, it shuts down for no reason, I turn it back on and it shuts down again. In half an hour, it can turn off 6-7 times.
    18/12 I returned it to technical support, which was quick, they fixed it by changing the battery. The shutdowns stopped, but now the battery lasts no more than 2-3 hours of gaming. I won't go through the process of returning it because it essentially has no fault; it will be used as a backup device for emergencies and I will buy another brand. I got burned a second time with Teclast, STAY AWAY.
