For the best application of the mask, start with clean hair, ideally washed with lukewarm to warm water to open the hair pores. Then, squeeze out excess moisture and apply an amount of product about the size of two walnuts, focusing from the mid-lengths to the ends of the hair. Leave it to act for about 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly, preferably with lukewarm to cool water to "lock in" the nutrients.
