    1st update on the use of this headlamp during an all-night rescue in a semi-mountainous area (Silver Alert/missing elderly person)

    • there are reflective details on the wide strap
    • very easy adjustment of the strap on the head, without it slipping during use!
    • very good fit on the head (I wore it over a beanie)
    • the 1st setting is the "least" powerful, and in my opinion, it was extremely bright!!
    • the second setting, which is the "powerful" one, is blinding at close range, meaning you can dazzle someone and they can't handle it.
    • I like the LED that has a setting for steady and flashing, I find it useful in cases where you might have a flashlight in hand, e.g., team separation with red or additional intense discretion at night. It has many uses, especially for rescuers and not just that.

    While it takes 3 AAA batteries, they run out very quickly.
