  • If we are talking about a 'pure', serious K2 supplement without marketing nonsense, this is a very good choice. One of the supplements that actually makes sense to use after 45–50, especially for women aiming for bone and cardiovascular aging support.
    K2 does not 'build' bones on its own like an osteoporosis drug.
    Its role is: to help calcium go where it should (bones), and not where it shouldn't (arteries/soft tissues).
    It activates proteins such as: osteocalcin, matrix Gla protein (MGP). This is why it is often combined with: Vitamin D3, magnesium, calcium (if there is a deficiency).
