General usage/maintenance instructions for Cooking Utensils

Use and care:

  • Before using the utensil for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it carefully.
  • Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
  • It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick utensil.
  • If you choose "spray oil," the layer of oil created can burn at very low temperatures, damaging the non-stick properties.
  • Select the correct size of the burner and center the utensil over the heat source.
  • For INDUCTION utensils, place them on the appropriate burner based on diameter.
  • It is advised to use the utensil on low or medium heat not exceeding 280° C.
  • Avoid cooking fatty foods to the point of burning and blackening.
  • Do not use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the utensil.
  • It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking tools.
  • Store the utensil carefully to keep the internal non-stick coating intact.
  • Utensils with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
  • Ensure that the handles are secure before use and check them regularly.

Cleaning:

  • Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
  • If using a dishwasher, choose soft detergents.
  • Using a dishwasher does not affect performance but may discolor the utensil.
  • Do not wash aluminum utensils in a dishwasher.
  • Avoid abrasive and corrosive products, powder cleaners, or oven cleaning products.
  • It is recommended to rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.

Warning:

  • Do not overheat the utensil when it is empty.
  • Never leave the utensil unattended while cooking.
  • When the utensil is hot, keep it away from children.
