The best nourishing oil I have found so far. I use it BEFORE washing my hair, I leave it on all night. It is not suitable for after washing, it is heavy. Afterward, I use another oil. Regarding hydration, I should say that I don't have particularly damaged hair. I have been dyeing it black for years, but I don't use heat or subject it to other damaging processes. Someone with more damaged hair might need something else in combination.
