Piccadilly grout is a ready-to-use grouting mortar for all types of tiles, both absorbent and non-absorbent, as well as slabs and tiles made from natural stone, such as marble. It is suitable for joints up to 6 mm wide on vertical and horizontal surfaces, indoors and outdoors. It is cement-based, with modified polymers and selected quartz aggregates that improve adhesion and workability.

Adding MP20 resin further improves its adhesion, flexibility and water resistance, making it suitable for areas that are periodically exposed to moisture and undergo expansion and contraction, such as floors with underfloor heating and outdoor floors.
