The Axagon ADR-210 active extension cable amplifies the USB signal, allowing USB devices to be connected over a greater distance than with a passive cable. It supports USB 2.0, with data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbit/s, and is backward compatible with USB 1.1. Its shielding reduces interference, while two LEDs indicate power and USB connection status.

It is powered via the USB bus and features a 3.5 mm socket for optional external 5 V / 1–2 A power. A 1.2 m USB-A to 3.5 mm plug cable is included for external power. It supports Plug and Play and Hot Plug, and multiple repeater cables can be connected in series.
