The Axagon ADR-205 USB cable acts as an active USB 2.0 extension, boosting the signal to connect USB devices over a greater distance. It is shielded to reduce interference and supports data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbit/s. Multiple repeater cables can be connected in series.

The built-in socket allows you to connect an external 5 V power supply for devices with higher power consumption. The cable supports Plug and Play and Hot Plug, is compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, and features LED indicators for power and USB connection. A standard passive USB cable can also be connected after the active extension.
