The Latin name of the herb is Betula rendula (Creeping Birch) and in our country, it can be found in the north (Mount Falakro, Pangaio, Vora, and Paiko) known as birch or betula.

The herb can be found in plains, cool forests, and wet places throughout Europe and northern Asia. The fresh leaves of birch contain flavonoids, substances that significantly help in activating metabolism.

The leaves of birch are an effective remedy for cystitis and other urinary tract infections. The extract from the young leaves of the plant helps the body eliminate excess fluids, combats water retention, actively addresses the causes of cellulite, significantly improves the appearance of the skin, and helps the body get rid of what burdens it.

It is prepared as an infusion. We pour 1-2 teaspoons of dried birch leaves into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. We strain and drink three times a day. In tincture form, we take 1-2 ml of tincture three times a day.
