  • Water seems to have gotten inside the device and the store told me that I might have left the charging port cover open. For me, that's not an excuse—when we say waterproof, it should mean waterproof, and my phone, which is waterproof, doesn't let water in. They told me they would send it to the company to see if it can be replaced, but the issue is not whether it will be replaced; the issue is that I shouldn't have this kind of problem—I didn't pay for a device from Temu for 5€. I know a colleague who bought one from Temu and has had it longer than I have.

  • The first one I got was defective from the start (maybe it's also the store's fault where I got it and had it installed); the plug inside the device had come loose and neither the person I was talking to could hear me nor could I hear any sound, even though the program (the connection to the phone) was working properly. After an inspection, the company did not recognize the defect and did not offer me a replacement or repair, even though not even a day had passed. Nevertheless, the store where I bought it replaced it at their own expense (kudos to them).
+ On the positive side, it does its job (you can hear and be heard), the battery lasts a very long time, and it is waterproof. When connecting two devices simultaneously, it worked perfectly even at a long distance between two bikes.
    - On the negative side, it does not have a user-friendly menu, the headphone plug is stiff and does not give you the confidence that it is securely plugged in, the button for menu and voice control sticks out and easily gets caught on something, which makes it a bit difficult to use. *For music, it is one of the worst headphones I have ever heard.
Conclusion: an honest motorcycle intercom for simple use. I wouldn't buy it again; I would prefer another one. I have seen cheaper ones on Temu for 10-20€ that do a better job than this one.
