    I bought 3 for my kids.
    The store sent them to me quickly, no complaints about that.
    And they are not responsible for the product's poor quality, but maybe they shouldn't sell trash...
    From the start, the battery didn't make sufficient contact in ALL 3 toothbrushes and I had to put it in and take it out several times to make it work.
    By the 3rd day, ALL of them had water INSIDE the battery compartment (because the cap is USELESS) and they stopped working. Even the battery got oxidized (rusted) inside its slot, where water shouldn't get in.
    One of the worst products I have ever bought in my life.
    If there was a "ZERO" rating, that's what I would give it and even that would be too much...
