It is very convenient that it can be easily moved around the house for use in any room as it is supported on the floor. The base is very stable, you don't feel that there is a risk of it falling. It also has an opening that allows the phone to be connected to the charger while it is on top.
There are two main issues with it:
1) The flexible "neck" is not that flexible, it requires a lot of force to change its shape (maybe this is actually a good thing in the long run as it is unlikely to "loosen").
2) The "ball" on the back of the base that the phone rests on and theoretically allows it to take any desired angle, is very tight and difficult to rotate. It broke on my base with a little extra force and became unusable. Nevertheless, I would buy it again, taking preventive measures to lubricate this ball so that it rotates more easily.
