Hammerite direct to rust is a metal paint for application directly on rusted metal. Its special formulation includes primer and topcoat in one package, ensuring long-lasting protection on any interior or exterior metal surface.

Type: Specially modified alkyd resin paint.

Application method: Brush, roller, and spray gun.

Coverage: 3.5 - 5m² / Lt for two coats on properly prepared surfaces.

Drying: Touch dry in 1-2 hours. Recoatable after 4 hours, times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature).

Thinning:

• Brush application: Ready to use. If thinning is needed during application, add up to 3% volume of Hammerite thinner and tool cleaner.
• Spray gun application: Up to 15% volume with Hammerite thinner and tool cleaner.
