The Digital IQ wasn't bad, but it had a rather significant problem: the map notifications could not be heard over any audio source, whether the radio, the media player, or Spotify was playing, no notification could be heard. With this one, they sound OK. And I say OK because when Spotify is playing via Android Auto, the music is interrupted and the notification is heard just fine, while when the radio or the media player is playing from the head unit, the notifications are still heard, although much quieter.
Other than that, it was connected to a very old, 8-year-old Digital IQ with Android 7.2.1 and was recognized immediately after installing the app. Note that the company seems quite serious and releases updates for its devices quite frequently. Be aware that the connected phone gets very hot and consumes a lot of battery.

I was impressed that it works very quickly and without lag when wireless, probably because the console had very good specs. Note that it is intended only for systems with aftermarket Android; if you have the factory system of the car, it is very likely that it will not work for you.
Άψογο! Δούλεψε αμέσως σε παλιά Android κονσόλα και με iPhone. Κατέβασα απευθείας την τελευταία έκδοση της εφαρμογής από το site της εταιρείας. Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι λειτουργεί πολύ γρήγορα και χωρίς lag όταν είναι ασύρματα, πιθανόν επειδή η κονσόλα είχε πολύ καλά specs. Υποψιν ότι προορίζεται μόνο για συστήματα με aftermarket Android· αν έχετε το εργοστασιακό σύστημα του αυτοκινήτου, είναι πολύ πιθανό να μην σας κάνει.
The product is similar to the "Digital IQ Carplay Adapter for Android Screens IQ-CARPLAY" and they use the same app, but the difference is that this one works 5 out of 5.
The Digital IQ wasn't bad, but it had a rather significant problem: the map notifications could not be heard over any audio source, whether the radio, the media player, or Spotify was playing, no notification could be heard. With this one, they sound OK. And I say OK because when Spotify is playing via Android Auto, the music is interrupted and the notification is heard just fine, while when the radio or the media player is playing from the head unit, the notifications are still heard, although much quieter.
Other than that, it was connected to a very old, 8-year-old Digital IQ with Android 7.2.1 and was recognized immediately after installing the app. Note that the company seems quite serious and releases updates for its devices quite frequently. Be aware that the connected phone gets very hot and consumes a lot of battery.

Το Digital IQ δεν ήταν κακό, αλλά είχε ένα αρκετά σημαντικό πρόβλημα, οι ειδοποιήσεις για τον χάρτη δεν ακούγονταν πάνω από οποιαδήποτε πηγή ήχου, είτε έπαιζε το ραδιόγωνο, είτε το media player, είτε το Spotify, δεν ακουγόταν καμιά ειδοποίηση. Με αυτό ακούγονται ΟΚ. Και λέω ΟΚ γιατί όταν το Spotify παίζει μέσω του Android Auto, τότε δικόπτεται η μουσική και ακούγεται η ειδοποίηση μια χαρά, ενώ όταν παίζει το ραδιόφωνο ή το media player από το head unit, τότε ακούγονται πάλι, αν και αρκετά πιο χαμηλά.
Κατά τα άλλα συνδέθηκε σε μια παμπάλαια, 8 ετών Digital IQ με Android 7.2.1 και αναγνωρίστηκε αμέσως μετά την εγκατάσταση της εφαρμογής. Σημειωτέον ότι η εταιρία φαίνεται αρκετά σοβαρή και βγάζει ενημερώσεις για τις συσκευές της συχνά πυκνά. Υπόψιν ότι το συνδεδεμένο τηλέφωνο ζεσταίνεται πολύ και καταναλώνει πολλή μπαταρία.
Perfect, it works great and without any issues! As soon as you connect it to the screen, it recognizes it as a flash drive; you need to go through the explorer and install the apk that is saved. Then you connect the WiFi and Bluetooth with the adapter, and finally, you have CarPlay. Be careful, it is only for screens that run Android (head unit); it does not work on factory car screens.
Τέλειο δουλεύει μια χαρά και απροβλημάτιστα!Με το που το σύνδεσης στην οθόνη το διαβάζει σαν στικάκι πρέπει να μπεις μέσω του explorer και να κάνεις εγκατάσταση το apk που έχει αποθηκευμένο μετά συνδέεις το WiFi και το Bluetooth με τον αντάπτορα και τέλος έχεις CarPlay.Προσοχή είναι μόνο για οθόνης που τρέχουν android(head unit) σε εργοστασιακές οθόνες αυτοκινήτου δεν δουλεύει.
