The Romed POP150X300 bandage is used to immobilize fractures, following orthopedic surgery, and for orthopedic corrections. It consists of woven gauze and porous calcium sulfate plaster, which is activated with water and develops a creamy consistency, making it easy to shape.

It reinforces the application of splints and casts. To prepare it, immerse it in water for 3–4 minutes at the recommended temperature of 20–25 °C. The cast is safe to transport after 30 minutes and dries completely within 12–24 hours.
