The 9242 alternator pulley tool set includes wrenches and adapters for assembling and disassembling alternators with Bosch and Magneti Marelli-type clutches. It allows the freewheel pulley to be removed with the alternator either in or out of the vehicle, and the alternator shaft to be held while removing the pulley retaining assembly. Includes TRX-Star, spline and hex adapter combinations.
