You open the SteelSeries GG, go to the engine tab, click on the headphones, and turn off the mic sidetone, problem solved! No more noise, static, or hissing. The mic sidetone option has four settings: off, low, medium, and high, and it is there to adjust how much you want to hear your voice from the microphone in the headphones along with other sounds like game audio or music, but it creates noise as you increase it towards high while simultaneously increasing the volume from the potentiometer located on the right headphone. By setting it to off, you completely solve the problem with the noise; you just don't hear your voice at all through the headphones but outside of them. One solution is to set it to low and reduce the mic sidetone volume from the potentiometer, but if you want to avoid noise altogether, you set it to off and you're done. Personally, I don't see a reason to hear my voice through the headphones; after all, I can hear it while I speak... it shouldn't happen, of course, for headphones costing 150 euros, but there is a solution, let's not create a wrong impression of the product. I will return in the future with a more detailed review.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences with headphones, I connected them to the computer, to the PlayStation 5, I did endless tests through the company's program (gg) using the sonar for the computer and the engine for the PlayStation. Everywhere "snow" from the middle of the volume and up, the microphone is truly pathetic, unacceptable for this price range. Be aware that for the PlayStation you only use the engine category from the program and the sonar for the computer where you can make many adjustments to the headphones but in no way can you fix the quality of the microphone and eliminate the "snow" from the headphones. Yes, they are wireless but this result is unjustifiable. I believe mine were defective or I don't know what else but that was my experience. Stay away from these headphones, you will throw your money away for nothing and check if the store selling the products sources them from an official supplier because I got burned.
