Supposedly, when you choose a stainless steel kettle (inox), you do so because it clearly excels in terms of health, durability, and water quality. This is its only drawback, but if I had known, I would have preferred either a glass one or one made entirely of inox.

Beautiful tool, heats up quickly, so far satisfied. However, it would need a slight improvement because when it is full and at maximum weight, I tend to hold it high on the handle for convenience. Then for better control of the flow, the hand goes up and some fingers touch the container, which burns... This could be improved if the handle was not at such an angle from the vessel but almost parallel, or if there was something protective where it connects (at the top). After the third burn, of course, you learn... Overall, satisfied.
