Two-component bathtub enamel for the renovation of sanitary items and tiles. High adhesion, ideal for application on bathtubs, shower trays, sinks, tiles, and any ceramic surface. For a highly durable result, with excellent resistance to moisture, steam, and household cleaners. It does not scratch or yellow. Available in many shades, in glossy and satin finish.

Can be applied over two-component paints or suitably prepared surfaces. Additionally, it can be applied on: wall, tile, iron, galvanized iron, furniture, PVC, primed plastic, and cement.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

The surface must be in good condition, clean, free from dust, grease, and other substances. Use water and household cleaners for cleaning. Do not use cleaners with silicones or wax. For improved adhesion, you can lightly sand with sandpaper.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wear protective gloves and a mask.
• Ensure good ventilation in the area with open windows or a ventilator.
• Apply a layer of primer and once dry, continue with the bathtub enamel.
• Mix only the required amount for one coat. Mix 4 parts by volume Base with 1 part Catalyst. After 4-6 hours, depending on the temperature, the mixture will set.
• Mix very well until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Apply on a surface that is dry, clean, free from dust, grease, and other substances. Remove any loose areas.
• Do not apply at high temperatures.
• Ensure a well-ventilated area for drying.
• The humidity in the environment should be below 80%.
• Conduct a test before application.
• Apply the second coat after 24 hours.
• Wait at least 72 hours before using the bathtub.
• DO NOT USE WITHOUT THE SPECIFIED CATALYST.

MAINTENANCE: Follow the guidelines indicated for the preparation of new surfaces, remove foreign materials, clean, degrease, and remove any rust from the surface. For old paints of unknown nature, it is recommended to test for the product’s adhesion. If you have doubts about adhesion, remove the old paint layers and proceed as with NEW SURFACES. Previous paints in good condition: After cleaning and sanding, apply directly. In poor condition: completely remove the old layers and apply as on a new surface.
