Exactly as I saw in other comments, I also bought the toaster because of its design and it broke twice; once the handle broke and the other time it just wouldn't start.. wasted money and it's a shame because when it worked, it toasted well....

    The worst...
I bought two pieces... and both broke down in less than 12 months....
You might say... why did you buy a second one after you got burned with the first... Because I liked the design...
But now, honestly, even if they gave it to me for free I wouldn't take it...
Also, very poor marketing department of the company... because despite the warranty... they gave me a hard time even with the replacement process...
    Stay away...!
I wish I could give zero stars...

A simple toaster. Nothing special. The bottom plate seems to cook a bit stronger. Also, it says 1300W but the old toaster that said 850W seemed stronger than this one. On the other hand, it has good plate quality.
