The light brown color (without sisal) consists of a material like cheap carpet (I don't know how long it will last, because the cat scratches her claws a lot and also bites it, but I plan to wrap it with sisal when and if it gets too damaged).

Attention, it is not suitable for high-ceilinged houses, we placed it on top of a desk, without the ceiling extension. It wobbles slightly, but there is no risk of it moving from its place or coming apart, even with the cat's jumps. It is designed in such a way that it holds firmly against the base and the ceiling.
However, I don't think it is the most suitable for cats over 4-5 kilos.
I give it 5 stars because at this price (€46) it is an excellent product and our kitty has enjoyed it from the very first moment.
Update: Okay, after 6 months of use, the bottom cylinder is suffering from fraying and I need to remove the fluff. Other than that, it continues to be our little one's favorite cat tree!
