I put my child's food in and heat it up with a bain-marie.. on the downside, the large jars have a measurer up to 160ml when it should be 200ml.. the baby is now 8 months old and eats 200ml of food.. I fill it up to the top and it's about 200ml but if it was a bit bigger with a 200ml measurer it would be perfect. The small ones haven't been useful to us so far... maybe later we'll put something as a side like yogurt or pieces of fruit..
