General usage/maintenance instructions for Cookware

  • Before using the product, remove all labels and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
  • Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
  • The use of "spray oil" is not recommended as it creates residues that affect the non-stick properties.
  • Select the appropriate diameter of the burner and place the cookware centrally over the heat source.
  • Use the cookware on low or medium heat (not exceeding 280° C) to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
  • Avoid cooking fatty foods that burn.
  • Do not use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the cookware.
  • Use wooden, plastic, or silicone utensils.
  • Store the cookware carefully to keep the inner non-stick coating intact.
  • Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
  • Check the handles before use and tighten any loose ones.

Cleaning

  • Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
  • If using a dishwasher, choose gentle detergents and economical cycles at moderate temperatures.
  • The use of a dishwasher does not affect performance but may discolor the cookware.
