This is the second one I bought, the first lasted about 3 years. I preferred it because it has the spiral and you can use it for more difficult spots, as well as the fact that there is no other on the market with these features.

Very powerful and easy to use! My mom has loved it because it distributes the weight to both hands.

After 2.5 years of mediocre use, the central motherboard burned out for unknown reasons. I currently cannot find a replacement part, and the price for a battery is more expensive than the vacuum cleaner itself.

Very user-friendly and powerful, ideal for hard-to-reach areas and for the car. The only negative for me is the excessive noise it makes.

I had an older model from the same company that was more powerful than this one.

In my case, it doesn't have the same suction power. Judging from the comments, I probably got a defective one and I don't think they will replace it for me as it sucks, but with difficulty.

With a toddler at home, it's ideal for picking up the various things that get scattered. The sole is very convenient, it was worth the purchase.

edit: 1.5 years later, various plastic parts of the sole have broken, for which there are no replacements, so it is now useless. The mechanism that opens the bin has also stuck and cannot be cleaned at the filter. On the positive side, it still has very strong suction power.

Very good for the car! User-friendly and the bin empties easily, as well as the fact that the whole thing comes out together and the filters can be easily cleaned. I give it a 4 out of 5 only because I would like the battery to last longer.

The best in its category! I have a similar one for about 7 years, and it still works non-stop. When I needed a second one, I didn't even think about it and bought the same one.

My sister gave me this handheld vacuum as a gift because she also had one of the same brand (different model) and thought it would be useful for me. Within 6 months, with not even frequent use, the battery started to die. The problem was that I had already bought the same one for my mother-in-law because I thought it would be especially useful for her due to the flooring. As a result, both vacuums lost their suction power very quickly and their batteries only lasted a maximum of 2 minutes to pick up something that fell for a short time. On the downside, emptying the dustbin requires a method so that the trash doesn't fall into the parts of the vacuum, and the weight is also a big issue. It became useless in such a short period of time, which was unexpected. I was completely disappointed and still refuse to throw it away. (I bought a cheap stick vacuum with a cord and it works perfectly fine for me.)

With 10 minutes of use at most, once a week, the motor dropped in performance by 90% in less than 12 months. Unacceptable product for such a Brand.

If someone wants a small vacuum cleaner as an auxiliary tool in the office or at home, there is no second one at this price. Quality construction, I would buy it again without a second thought

Without exaggeration, it deserves 10 stars! There are definitely better stick vacuums out there, but not for under 100€ (at least before 2 years ago when we bought it).

It cleans a 60sqm house with two dogs daily, and in some cases, twice a day. The battery barely lasts for a complete detailed cleaning, and the filter definitely needs cleaning once a week to continue working effectively (emptying it after each use goes without saying).

We haven't noticed any significant decrease in battery life, but we make sure not to leave it plugged in once it's fully charged.
Just from the bags we would have changed with a conventional vacuum, we have already made up for the cost... not to mention the convenience of cordless use.

The emptying is perhaps the least easy point but it depends on the material inside that it collects. It seems to me excellent construction, that I have put an optical tool instead of something cheap and of poor quality.

It has additional advantages such as the detachable nozzle with a tube for hard-to-reach areas that other compact and unitary constructions do not reach, for example, the top part of lighting fixtures that collects dust.

I had a previous model that was for pets (meaning it had an extra cleaning head with soft plastic to lift hair) which the battery died on. I have the impression that this one is more powerful and overall I am very happy with its use. It is expectedly heavy, but what bothers me the most is that I can't attach it to the wall.

I mainly use it for the interior of the car and secondarily for difficult corners in the house. Very effective on the car's carpet. Quite noisy. Battery life of over 1 hour of continuous use. I am very satisfied with the suction power.

Amazing. I read several reviews about it and then I bought it. It is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased. Very powerful, fits everywhere, its battery lasts a long time, I can't compare it to anything I have bought. It really worths every penny.

Full powerful and the most important thing that made me leave the conventional vacuum cleaners is that the air it blows does not scatter the dust. Big issue!!!!

I bought it because my previous vacuum cleaner was black n decker and I was very satisfied. Firstly, it was not very powerful. It made a lot of noise without being correspondingly strong in suction. Secondly, it was quite heavy and tiring. Thirdly, it was quite short, so I had to bend down more. Fourthly, it opened easily and everything spilled out. Fifthly, it lasted for 6 months, one day it didn't turn on, so I sent it to the service center and it couldn't be fixed, so they sent me a replacement. Luckily, because it was a bad vacuum cleaner. I will buy black n decker again, but not the same one (definitely not).

It is the most powerful handheld vacuum cleaner I have tried, more effective if we have the detachable hose from the rest of the body because otherwise the air outlet on the motor raises hairs and dust if we get too close, about the battery life and anything else that comes up I will inform.
Update 6 months later, I noticed that the battery life improved after the first charges, up to 20-30 minutes which I consider sufficient.
