TECHNOPROOF THERMO is an elastomeric thermal insulation and waterproofing coating based on modified polyurethane and acrylic resins. It forms a continuous membrane without joints or seams, resistant to moisture, standing water and frost. The glass microspheres and reflective properties help protect surfaces from heat.
It is suitable for terraces, concrete surfaces and metal roofs, as well as surfaces previously treated with acrylic, hybrid or cementitious waterproofing products and bituminous membranes. It covers hairline and microcracks, is permeable to water vapour, and can be applied with a roller, brush or airless spray gun. Consumption is at least 1 kg/m² in two coats or 1.5 kg/m² in three coats, depending on the substrate and application method.
