The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND (32 cm) is designed for practicing smaller kinetic chains for better muscle stabilization and reducing the risk of injuries. It is made from natural rubber within a skin-friendly fabric, which provides a pleasant workout without the unwanted effects that latex bands can have when they rub against the skin.

The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND is available in six different levels of resistance:

• Yellow – very soft
• Orange – soft
• Red – soft to medium
• Green – medium
• Blue – hard
• Black – very hard

General exercise guidelines:

• Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each use and only use them in excellent condition.
• Start with a lower resistance until you learn the exercises.
• Perform all exercises as smoothly and slowly as possible.
• Breathe calmly and regularly during your workout.
• Avoid holding your breath.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain of any kind.
• If you have injuries or prior injuries, talk to your doctor or therapist before starting the exercise program.
