The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND (32 cm) is designed for exercising smaller movement chains for better muscle stabilization and reduced risk of injuries. It is made from natural rubber with a skin-friendly texture, providing a pleasant workout without unwanted effects during skin friction.
Available in six different hardness levels:
- Yellow – very soft
- Orange – soft
- Red - soft to medium
- Green – medium
- Blue – hard
- Black - very hard
General exercise instructions:
- Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each use and only use them if in excellent condition.
- Start with lower resistance until you learn the exercises.
- Breathe calmly and regularly during the workout.
