The Onyx Stem features a different metal technique compared to CNC. It is called Cold Forging and gives this unique style to the 6061 T6 aluminum from which it is made. Inside, the hole has small serrated lines to keep the handlebar securely in place.

Its screws are made of solid chromoly and the contact area at the fork is laser-cut to fit perfectly with the cap.
