  • A noteworthy machine, it seems to be well-built. I live in a hard-to-reach area, with almost daily power outages in bursts, meaning the power cuts out and comes back several times within seconds.
    The machine responds without any problem. When the outage lasts only a few seconds, the machine does not need to send power through the batteries; I do not even realize that an outage occurred. When the outage lasts longer, then it switches to the batteries. I have the following devices permanently connected:
    - 85-inch Smart Google TV.
    - Internet router.
    - 4 security cameras.
    - Laptop.

    The UPS has an AVR stabilizer, which regardless of the grid voltage keeps the output voltage to our devices stable.

    When there is a long outage, I let only the router and the security cameras draw power from the UPS. Indicatively, in a 4-hour outage, with the aforementioned loads, the display showed 70% (only router and cameras, as they have minimal consumption).

    I do not know, in an outage, how long the UPS batteries last with all the loads I have connected, TV, etc. The UPS display, with all devices connected, shows a load of 15% (of the UPS's 720 W). The 15% refers to when the UPS is normally connected to the grid and the devices draw 15% of the total power from the UPS's 720 W. After all, its role is to keep our devices on during an outage so that we can shut them down safely, and not to watch TV, for example, when the grid power goes out.

    In the event of a power outage, the power supply passes through the UPS batteries, without the devices shutting down; they do not even notice it. When there is a power outage, a "beep" sound is heard every so often, so you know that the devices are being powered through the UPS batteries. If the outage lasts long enough, the beep does not stop so it does not become annoying.

    I have done the following test: with the devices connected, I turned off the main breaker of the house. The UPS transferred power seamlessly to the batteries, without any device being interrupted.

    The UPS has an LED display, which remains permanently lit and bright. It shows the grid voltage on one side, the voltage going out to the devices, how much percent the internal batteries are charged, etc.

    It has 4 Schuko sockets and two inputs. One takes the router cable and the other the same cable, which leads to the TV's WLAN port. It has USB for connection to a computer via special software that is available for free on the internet.

    It heats up normally. I put 4 little feet on the bottom of it (soda caps), one on each side, and it stays higher, so it can dissipate heat better and the UPS does not touch the furniture on which I have it.

    In the event of a long-term power outage, after I shut down my devices, I turn it off from the switch so it does not consume battery power. When grid power returns, I do not need to turn it on; it turns on by itself.
