Description

Organic pollen from organic honey with its unique properties. Fresh, moist, organic pollen that is transported directly from the flowers of the Skiritida forest in Arcadia to the jar. Fresh pollen retains more nutrients, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes than any dry pollen.

WAYS OF CONSUMPTION:

  • As is
  • Mixed with water or juice
  • Mixed with honey (1 part pollen-2 parts honey)

DOSAGE:

  • Pollen can be consumed throughout the year or for periods of 4-6 weeks, 3-4 times a year.
  • The normal dose for adults is 15-20 g/day (about one tablespoon) in the morning or when the stomach is empty.
  • For children, half the dose is recommended (teaspoon).
  • For tired bodies: 30 g/day.

IMPORTANT: Consult your doctor if you are allergic to pollen.
