Bison Wood Max Express Power wood glue is an SMP polymer-based construction adhesive for wood, free from polyurethane, solvents and diisocyanates. It becomes touch-dry in 30 minutes and has a final bond strength of 110 kg/cm². It is suitable for bonding wood to wood, as well as wood to plaster, natural stone, cellular concrete, metal, rigid foam and various synthetic materials.
The adhesive is waterproof to class D4, fills gaps up to 4 mm, can be sanded immediately after application and remains flexible. It is paintable and resistant to weathering and UV radiation, while its thixotropic consistency prevents dripping. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, non-load-bearing wooden structures, and joints with notches, dowels and springs, as well as carpentry surfaces and sandwich panels. It is not suitable for PE, PP or PTFE.
